Winners of the 'Auezov Stars' project awarded!

Today, hard work and dedication paid off! Our university hosted the final evening of the grand, four-month-long 'Auezov Stars' project.
The project's main aim was to unleash students' creative potential, foster unity and leadership qualities, and strengthen friendly ties between faculties.
Gani Besbayev, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work, opened the award ceremony. He emphasised that the university takes sincere pride in its talented students and is always ready to support them. Expressing his gratitude to the participants, the Vice-Rector said that every student who dedicated themselves to this project is already a winner.
The faculties that demonstrated exceptional engagement were recognised with special nominations:
"Team Harmony" – Higher School of Management and Business;
"Best Initiative" – Faculty of Sports and Tourism;
'Golden Mean' –Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Transport;
'Warm Heart' – Faculty of Mechanics and Petroleum Engineering;
'Best Aspiration' –Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology.
The overall winners, who delivered top performances consistently across all five stages, were:
Third place – Faculty of Agriculture;
Second Place – Faculty of Philology;
1st place- Higher School of Natural Sciences and Pedagogy.
The awards were presented to the winners by Rakhiya Asanova, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board – Rector, who also delivered congratulations on behalf of the university leadership.
The final evening was also attended by distinguished guests:
Bekzat Toktybayuly Tolebay – Chairman of the 'Zhastar Rukhy' youth wing at the Shymkent city branch of the 'Amanat' party.
Zhanserik Bauyrzhanuly Zhuman –Head of the Youth Resource Centre at KSU;
Rollan Konysbek – Head of the 'Bayterek' Public Association;
Askar Aidyn – representative of the Zhebe Travel agency.
Galym Aliuly Malik – Director of the GS Fitness Club.
The ceremony then transitioned into a vibrant concert programme, during which the faculties showcased their talents. The evening concluded with the iconic Student Parliament anthem, “Auezov Zhastary”.
