AUEZOV UNIVERSITY OFFERS EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO TOP-PERFORMING STUDENTS

Today, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University hosted an award ceremony recognizing winners and prizeholders of the Olympiad based on Unified National Testing subject combinations, along with the “Zhas Talant” creative arts competition. The event brought together graduating students from Shymkent and the Turkestan region.
Among the speakers were Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yernar Imangaliyev, Head of the Methodological Center of the Shymkent City Education Department Gulzinat Rustenbek, and Director of the Shymkent branch of the National Testing Center Nurpeis Isabayev. They congratulated outstanding students who excelled in both academic and creative competitions, as well as their school principals and academic supervisors. Letters of appreciation on behalf of the University’s Chairman of the Board - rector Darkhan Akhmed-Zaki were presented during the ceremony.
This year’s Olympiad, held as part of a long-standing tradition, gathered some of the brightest students from Shymkent and several districts of the Turkestan region, including Saryagash, Tulkibas, Sauran, Shardara, Tole Bi, and Maktaaral. Participants demonstrated a high level of knowledge and preparation.
As a result, 54 students were named winners.
18 students were awarded first place and received full tuition grants;
18 students secured second place with a 75% tuition discount;
18 students placed third, earning a 50% tuition reduction. We sincerely congratulate all participants on their achievements and wish them continued success!
