“Let’s make this world a kinder place!”
- Hits: 53
If someone is kind, compassionate, responsive and has good intentions, it means they have evolved as a human. The notion of 'human' is noble. These qualities must, however, be demonstrated constantly, first and foremost to one’s own conscience rather than to others.
Everyone should help those around them because doing good is not particularly difficult. In the world we live in, there is always an opportunity to support one another. A kind word, attention, care or good deed can spark positive events, genuine smiles and joy for others.
A charitable event titled “Let’s Make This World a Little Kinder!” was held at the Specialized Children’s Home, a municipal state institution under the Shymkent City Health Department. Senior lecturers K.S. Bayrkhanova and B.A. Turebekova from the Department of “Practical Russian for Technical Specialties” at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University organised the event, with additional support from entrepreneur S.S. Tashkoraeva.
The event aimed to promote kindness, inspire charity, bring people together for the wellbeing of society and encourage active citizenship. First-year Architecture students from groups SM 25-5k3 and SM 25-5k4 actively participated. Various games were organised for the children and gifts were distributed.
“Let’s make this world a little kinder!” Everyone can do good, no matter where they are in life. It doesn't matter if you are studying or working, or how old you are. The most important thing is that you are human and capable of doing good.
