Congratulations to our young athletes on their wins!

The week at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University started with some wonderful news. Students from the Faculty of Sport and Tourism once again proved themselves on national and international stages, proudly representing the university and strengthening its reputation.
Nadira Akhmedova, a student in group “St 23 3r2”, came first in the first stage of the Republic of Kazakhstan Cup in WT Taekwondo in the adult category. Meanwhile, her classmate Laura Nyshanbai claimed the silver medal at the Women's World Kickboxing Championship in Antalya.
It is worth noting that both athletes have consistently delivered strong performances in previous competitions, regularly placing among the winners at major events.
On behalf of the university’s leadership and the entire academic community, we would like to congratulate Nadira and Laura on their achievements and wish them continued success and even greater victories in the future.
