Kudretullayeva Rysgul Orynbasarovna
Born in the city of Kentau, Turkestan Region.
In 2001, graduated from M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University with a degree in Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education.
In 2022, obtained a Master’s degree in "Pedagogy and Psychology" from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.
From 1998 to 2004, worked as an educator at the "Umit" Infant Home and the "Ulan" Children's Home in Taraz.
From 2005 to 2007, worked as a laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, leading specialist – registrar of the academic department of the Akmola Branch of M. Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications, and head of the academic department at Akmola College.
From 2007 to 2009, worked as a leading expert at the National Accreditation Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2009 to 2020, worked in the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding positions as expert of the Department for Organization of Training Higher and Postgraduate Personnel, expert of the Division of Educational Programs, chief expert of the Department of Educational Standards and Programs, chief expert of the Department of Educational Content and Personnel Training, chief expert of the Department of Educational Content and Methodology, chief expert of the Department of Methodology and Content of Higher and Postgraduate Education, and chief expert of the Department of Higher Education Content and Internationalization.
From 2020 to 2022, worked as an educator at "Chudo Detstvo" LLP.
From 2023 to 2026, worked in the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Educational Content under the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, serving as acting chief expert, chief expert, and Head of the Department.
From 14 January to 27 July 2026, worked as a Member of the Board and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz University.
In August 2026, appointed Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University.
