REPORT ON THE ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION LEVEL WITH THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION FOR THE 2025–2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

The survey was conducted to improve the quality of the educational process, obtain feedback from students on the relevant educational programs, and analyze their opinions on current issues related to quality assurance in the educational process.
The questionnaire consisted of 24 evaluative and categorical questions, as well as one open-ended question containing suggestions for improving educational programs.
A five-point scale was used to assess each of the proposed criteria of satisfaction with the educational program, where a score of “1” indicated the lowest level of satisfaction and a score of “5” indicated the highest level. For Questions 17 and 19, a categorical response format was used: “Yes,” “Partially,” and “No.”
The questions were systematized into five sections: “Satisfaction with the Program Structure,” “Satisfaction with the Educational and Methodological Support of the Program,” “Satisfaction with the Conditions for Program Implementation,” “Satisfaction with the Material and Technical Support of the Program,” and “Overall Satisfaction with the Quality of Educational Services Provided within the Program.”
A total of 7,259 students out of 9,824 learners participated in the survey, representing 73.9% of the total contingent included in the dataset. Among the respondents, 3,255 were male (44.8%) and 4,004 were female (55.2%).
According to the demographic section data, 9,018 students were included in the dataset for bachelor’s degree programs, of whom 6,805 completed the survey. For master’s and doctoral programs, a separate dataset included 663 master’s students and 143 doctoral students; in total, 454 learners at these levels participated in the survey.

The questionnaires were completed through the students’ personal accounts on the website http://portal.ukgu.kz/kz.
