Employers’ Assessment/Evaluation of the Quality of Graduate Training at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University for 2024–2025 Academic Year

      The survey of external stakeholders was conducted from May 15 to May 30 in 2025, by Sociological Research section of the Strategic Development Department at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University. The study was carried out to further incorporate employers’ requirements, expectations, and recommendations into the process of specialist training at the University.

       A total of 146 employers participated in the survey, among them were employer representatives of 102 enterprises and 30 educational institutions.

       Organizations and secondary educational institutions in which the University’s students and graduates completed internships and professional practical training participated in the survey as expert respondents.

       The report was reviewed at the meeting of the Deans’ Council held on October 29, 2025 (Minutes №.4).
