Students’ Evaluation of the Quality of Educational Process Organization for 2024–2025 academic year
The Department of strategic development presents the results of a survey conducted to assess students’ evaluation of the quality of education, changes in academic workload, and their potential impact on the overall quality of education.
The purpose of study was to examine the opinions of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University students regarding their level of assessment of educational process organization during the 2024–2025 academic year.
Overall, 7578 participants were involved in survey across the University. The questionnaires were completed electronically through the mobile application google.com.
The questionnaire consisted of 14 closed-ended questions with rating-scale response options and one open-ended question (“Your recommendations and suggestions for improving the quality of the educational process”).
A five-point rating scale was used to assess each of the proposed evaluation criteria, where a score of “1” indicated the lowest level of evaluation and a score of “5” indicated the highest level of evaluation.
The report was reviewed at the meeting of the Academic Council.
