In accordance with the requirements for improving the quality of education, the standards of international accreditation and ranking agencies, and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards, higher education institutions are required to conduct continuous internal analysis and monitoring of their activities in order to enhance the quality of educational and administrative services provided.
One of the key evaluation tools of internal analysis is the survey of students, academic staff, employees, and other stakeholders.
The Sociological Research Department conducted a survey entitled “Teachers’ Evaluation of Work Organization.” from November 6 to November 18, in 2024.
The analysis based on the survey of the academic staff was carried out to identify potential risks associated with a decline in the effectiveness and efficiency of the University’s activities. The identification, assessment, and management of such risks contribute to improving the overall quality and performance of the University.
Out of the total number of 1689 academic staff members, 1269 University’s teaching staff, representing 75.1% , participated in the survey.
The questionnaire consisted of 13 questions, and survey participants were provided with the opportunity to select multiple response options where applicable.
The report was reviewed at a meeting of the Deans’ Council held on December 11, in 2024 (Minutes № 7).
