In the 2022-2023 academic year in the city of Astana, with the organization of the national innovative research center "Civilization of Knowledge" of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev "FAIR STATE. UNITED NATION. Ramshad Sadykuly Abzhalov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of "Excellence in Education" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the republican competition "The Best Teacher of the Year", held in order to widely promote the message of the "BLESSED SOCIETY" among the teachers of educational organizations in Kazakhstan, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree and the title of "Best Teacher" of the year, awarded with a badge.
