Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing Kydyrova Zhamila Shafkhatovna, born on 06/04/1972, according to the minutes of the meeting of the Republican Commission for Training Personnel Abroad 21-32-3.21 dated 12/24/2021, was awarded the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak" for training in the country of the Russian Federation with a degree in Management in Education and Science (Strategic Management and Leadership in Higher Education. University Management) under the Internship program.
Kydyrova Zhamilya Shafkhatovna completed an internship at the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Russian Federation.

At the end of the event, all participants were awarded commemorative gifts. Two teams from the Department of Management and Marketing actively participated and successfully presented their ideas at a high level.

The Department of Management and Marketing of M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University got into the idea and took advanced training courses on the "COUSERA" platform. The active participation of teachers and students was attracted by online courses in Marketing: "Market Research and Consumer Behavior", "Positioning: What you need for a successful Marketing Strategy", "Marketing Mix Fundamentals" from IE Business School University – where more than 20 participants took place, and courses offered by University of California, Irvine students and teaching staff additionally took courses by Salbek Aruzhan, a 4th-year student on the topic : "Time management for personal and professional productivity" and Osimkhan Janel, 3rd year student on the topic: "Work smarter, Hot Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity". The teacher of the department Tuleeva A. Zh. successfully completed courses on the topic: "Foundations of Project Management" and "Project Management: Foundations and Initiation". Students and teachers really liked the system of introducing additional knowledge, with in-depth study of the English language. Students intensively take courses despite the fact that they have been allocated up to 6 months of time since the start, they try to pass accelerated in order to have time to take the largest possible number of courses from the leading lecturers of the world's TOP-500 universities.

The teaching staff of the Department of Management and Marketing underwent advanced training at SCU named after. M. Auezov for 72 hours on the topic: “Digital literacy and online learning methods.”

The Winter School was attended by speakers and listeners from 7 countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey, Poland, Belarus and Azerbaijan), 19 universities.
At the closing ceremony, speakers and listeners expressed gratitude to the organizer of the winter school, the Department of Management and Marketing of the M. Auezov South State University, the Center for the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility.

completed an advanced training course “Innovative methods of marketing and management in public administration” in the amount of 72 academic hours. Professional development of university teaching staff is currently a mandatory component of the university's personnel policy. Increasing the level of professional skills of university teaching staff contributes not only to solving educational and methodological tasks, achieving new indicators of the quality of the educational process, but also contributes to the personnel growth of teaching staff.
In this regard, teachers of the Department of Management and Marketing of the M. Auyezov South Kazakhstan University take advanced training courses on a regular basis. Thus, in February-March 2024, advanced training was held at the courses "Innovative methods of Marketing and Management in Public Administration" and "Modern technologies of marketing and management in the public administration system", organized in an online format by the Smart Marketing and Logistics Center at the Department of Business Technology of the Higher School of Economics and Business of the Kazakh University Al-Farabi National University.
The course program contributed to the improvement of the competencies of the teachers of the department in the field of methods and technologies of management and marketing in the field of public administration. Upon completion of the training, the students were awarded certificates. The participants of this course noted the high level of content of the course program, their practical significance.


Each instructor has completed relevant courses and obtained professional development certificates confirming compliance with modern educational standards and requirements.
This ensures a high quality of teaching, relevance of academic disciplines, and the integration of modern approaches into the educational process.

Faculty of the department and students prepared reports, spoke and discussed pressing issues, both sides shared their experiences.
During the stay on the research topic, information was collected on the production and deep processing of meat and meat products, infrastructure facilities for the formation of a cluster. The scientists also visited the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where cluster initiatives in the German agricultural sector were studied. They met with colleagues Dr. Ulrike van der Schaaf and Professor Heike Karbstein and discussed the creation of a food center and its benefits for developing countries.
In the future, the research group plans to cooperate in the field of economics and management in agriculture with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
It should be noted that these certificates are obtained annually by faculty members in co-authorship with students. This format of collaboration contributes to the development of students’ research culture, the formation of research competencies, and their involvement in real scientific projects.
The developed works cover relevant areas of science and practice, reflecting the modern level of training and the scientific potential of the department. The registration of copyright confirms the novelty and significance of the created materials and ensures their legal protection.
The department plans to further actively develop joint research activities between faculty and students with subsequent registration of results in the form of copyright certificates, thereby strengthening its scientific and educational potential.

"I am a student of Abdysalamova Karlygash EF 20-4k and my groupmate Ilyas Akerke, from 09.25.2022 to 02.03.2023 we went to study at Halich University in Istanbul, Turkey, on academic mobility. Haliç University is considered one of the best educational institutions in Turkey. It was a great experience for us, we further improved and developed our English and learned Turkish. We made many foreign friends. We would like to thank our M. Auezov University and the Academic Mobility Center for this opportunity."

Our bachelors undergo pre-diploma internship in these organizations, and our master's students undergo research.



Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing Kulanova D.A., completed a scientific internship from November 22-28, 2021 at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. There were meetings with professors of the Department of Engineering Economics of the Faculty of Economics and Business, with Professors Elena de la Posa, Navidad Omeda and other members of the department. This Askarbekovna gave lectures on the discipline "Strategic Management" for students of the direction of training "Economics".

The purpose of the internship was to deepen professional and research competencies in the field of agricultural economics and marketing, to master modern methods of econometric analysis and digital data processing tools, as well as to study advanced European experience in the functioning of agri-food systems and cooperative models.
During the internship, special attention was paid to the exchange of scientific knowledge and the adaptation of the obtained results for application in the conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the agricultural sector and ensuring the sustainable development of the dairy industry

The lectures focused on current issues in the development of management and marketing, as well as a comparative analysis of the features of their formation and functioning in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The event contributed to broadening students’ professional outlook and strengthening academic ties between partner universities.
In addition, they delivered open lectures and conducted master classes for students majoring in Management, sharing valuable experience in international marketing and cooperation within the framework of the EAEU.
