On May 5, 2026, a solemn military oath-taking ceremony for graduates was held at the Military Department of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
This significant milestone became a clear demonstration of responsibility and unwavering loyalty to the Motherland for the young soldiers. Approximately 700 students of the Military Department solemnly took the oath, pledging to defend the interests of the country and remain faithful to their military duty throughout their lives. The ceremony was attended by the university administration, veterans, and parents, who shared in the joy of the young servicemen.
The event was organized at a high level in accordance with established military traditions. The personnel formed ranks, after which the State Flag was solemnly presented, followed by the performance of the National Anthem.
By the order of the Head of the Military Department, Colonel Zhakyp Kenzhebayev, the oath-taking ceremony commenced, during which each graduate pledged to faithfully serve the Motherland.
The Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Culture, Sadybek Beisenbayev, congratulated the graduates, emphasizing that serving the Motherland is the highest duty of every citizen.
Veteran of the Afghan War, Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Kidirali Raimberdiyev, wished the young people success and particularly highlighted the importance of remaining faithful to the oath.
Several graduates who demonstrated outstanding academic performance were awarded letters of appreciation, recognizing their achievements. Parents, in turn, expressed sincere gratitude to the university for guiding their children toward a confident future.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the State Flag was carried off the square, and the personnel marched past the tribune in a ceremonial parade.
Thus, this day became a special historical moment filled with military spirit, which will forever remain in the hearts of the young defenders.
