Bolat Nursultan Ualihanuly is a native of Tortkul.
In 2023, he graduated from high school and went to fulfill his duty to his homeland. He served in Border Service No. 2535, achieving high results and receiving a military grant.
Today, he is a student at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, a cadet in the military department.
His goal is to pass on the experience he gained in the army to the younger generation and to raise patriotic and resilient youth.
