Rector reviews the condition of academic building no.10

Mukhtar Tolegen Chairman of the Board - Rector of Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University reviewed the material and technical facilities of Academic Building No. 10 and issued a number of instructions aimed at improving them. The building houses students of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education and Initial Military Training, which is part of the Faculty of Sports and Tourism.
During his visit the university rector met with the department’s academic staff and exchanged views on improving the educational process and the department’s development priorities. He also inspected the gymnasium and assessed its current condition.
The Rector noted that the gymnasium is spacious and architecturally impressive but also pointed out that it has become somewhat worn and requires renovation. In this regard he issued a specific instruction to prioritize equipping the gymnasium with modern floodlights and ensuring a high quality lighting system.
“Our main priority is to create a comfortable, modern and high quality educational environment for young people. Academic buildings must meet students needs and provide them with opportunities to receive a quality education and develop their full potential. We must make every effort to create favorable conditions for young people” emphasized Mukhtar Tolegen.
Going forward the university plans to undertake the necessary measures, as resources permit to improve the material and technical facilities of the academic building.
