A new stage in the development of the strategic partnership with Arizona State University

M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University welcomed Christopher Johnson, Director and Head of Global Partnership Development at the Global Academic Initiatives Office of Arizona State University (ASU).
During his visit, Christopher Johnson met with Mukhtar Tolegen, Chairman of the Board – Rector of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, and university representatives. The parties discussed ways to further develop the strategic partnership between the two universities, including cooperation through the Honors College of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University in partnership with ASU.
Particular attention was given to the next steps for implementing the agreements reached and continuing joint work in the agreed areas of cooperation. Christopher Johnson also met with master’s students and faculty members of the Department of Computer Science. The discussion focused on academic cooperation, joint educational initiatives, and opportunities for international academic exchange. He also met with visiting professors from Universiti Putra Malaysia. The discussions focused on opportunities for international cooperation and academic exchange in higher education.
