Coworking center renovation nears completion

University Rector Mukhtar Tolegen visited the coworking center, where major renovation work is underway, and inspected the quality of the ongoing work. The renovation of the 545-square-meter facility is nearing completion, and the center will soon open its doors to students.
During the tour, the Rector paid particular attention to the ventilation and lighting systems, as well as the quality of the windows, flooring, and interior and exterior finishes.
“Our goal is not only to complete the renovation work, but also to create a high-quality environment where students can study, explore, engage in creative activities, and bring their ideas to life,” said Mukhtar Tolegen.
The new center will provide students with the following opportunities:
* Modern space: Comfortable areas and new furniture for individual and group work.
* Creative area: Dedicated spaces for reading, exchanging ideas, and creative activities.
* Comfortable outdoor space: The area around the building will be landscaped, with benches and a fountain installed to provide students with a place to relax.
* National heritage and modern design: The interior of the center will reflect the heritage and ideas of Mukhtar Auezov, Akhmet Baitursynuly, and other representatives of the Alash intellectual movement.
The major renovation work is being carried out by Zerde Construction. The facility comes with a two-year quality guarantee.
The renovated coworking center and the improved outdoor area will provide an ideal space for young people to spend their free time productively and develop their creative potential.
