Systematic efforts to promote understanding of the constitutional amendments are ongoing at Auezov University. In line with these initiatives, a meaningful meeting was held today, bringing together experts and students.

During the event, Gani Besbayev, the Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Affairs, emphasised that the new Constitution designates science, education and innovation as the strategic foundation of state development. He added that these amendments would directly contribute to enhancing the nation's intellectual potential.

The Vice-Rector also highlighted that the content of the university's educational and upbringing work is based on Abai Kunanbayev's 'Tolyq Adam' concept. He pointed out that this philosophy closely aligns with the new Constitution's objectives to enhance human capital and raise a conscious, educated generation.

Azimkhan Issabek, the university's official representative, stated that the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, considers Abai's heritage to be a vital guide for the country's future, emphasising the importance of incorporating Abai's legacy into the educational process.

Faculty members of the Faculty of Law also shared their insights, noting that the new Constitution addresses current issues in line with modern standards. According to them, the document aims to unlock the full potential of young people amid global technological changes, and to strengthen a culture of responsibility in society.

The meeting featured extensive discussions on preserving unity and stability in society, as well as raising civic responsibility through the broad promotion of constitutional values.

This event served as a vital platform for enhancing students' legal literacy and shaping them into conscious citizens grounded in national values.
