Araylym Ergesh and Moldir Aldanyshova, second-year PhD students on the 8D05120 “Biotechnological Aspects in the Agro-Industrial Sector” program at the Department of Biotechnology at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, are undertaking an academic internship from 16 February to 16 March 2026.
This internship at Universiti Putra Malaysia, one of Malaysia’s leading research universities, is being conducted under the guidance of Professor Mat Nazmi.
The internship's primary goal is to advance biotechnology research within the agro-industrial sector, promote the exchange of international scientific experience, introduce students to modern laboratory methods, and cultivate collaborative scientific projects.
This internship will allow PhD students to fulfil their scientific potential, gain international experience and make new research discoveries that will contribute to the future development of the agri-biotechnology industry.
