A total of 54 participants have successfully completed the program and received their certificates. The program is intended for people without a pedagogical background who are starting their professional careers as teachers in their respective fields.
Courses are organised by the Centre for Continuing Education in line with Order No. 110 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2020). The programme is open to applicants with a higher education degree in a non-teaching field. Training is offered in thirteen educational areas that correspond to the participants’ academic and professional backgrounds. The first group of participants was enrolled in the second semester of the 2020–21 academic year.
The program is conducted in a full-time format in close cooperation with the university’s specialised academic departments. Experienced professors and lecturers actively participate in the training process to ensure high-quality education.
Since its launch, 189 participants have successfully completed the pedagogical retraining courses. Many of these graduates are now employed in secondary education, contributing to the development of their respective fields.
