Spring inspired creative evening at Auezov University

Auezov University held a creative evening that reflected the warm spirit of spring. Titled “Inspiring Spring”, the event was full of sincerity, warmth and deep appreciation for poetry.
The university welcomed talented women respected figures in literature and journalism of the southern region. Journalists, poets and writers actively working with international, national and regional television channels, print media and online platforms met with students to share their valuable professional experience.
During the meeting, Vice-Rector for Public Relations and Culture, Sadybek Beisenbayev, spoke about the importance of mentoring events. He thanked media representatives for their close cooperation with the university and congratulated the guests on the upcoming holiday.
Galymzhan Yelshibay, the organiser of the event and Chairman of the public association "Mediocracy", as well as a laureate of the Akhmet Baitursynuly “Soz Zergeri” Award and an academician of the Kazakhstan Academy of Journalism, thanked the university leadership for their support. He encouraged young people to remain active and confidently pursue their dreams and goals.
The evening, held in an open and informal format, was dedicated to International Women’s Day on 8 March. The guests engaged in lively discussions with students from the Philology and Journalism departments, sharing insights from their professional journeys.
Several important topics were raised during the discussion, including women’s intellectual freedom in modern society, overcoming gender stereotypes, the importance of clear communication, and the social responsibility of the media and literature.
For the students, the meeting provided a valuable opportunity to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real professional experience. Future specialists received practical advice and inspiration from experienced professionals.
