Students and graduates of Auezov University are winners of the "Best Youth Award – 2025"

The winners of the traditional "Best Youth Award – 2025" were announced in Shymkent. The award recognises young citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of state youth policy.
At the ceremonial event organized by the city Youth Resource Center, the winners were personally recognized by the Akim of Shymkent, Gabit Syzdykbekov.
Around 250 applicants aged 14 to 35 took part in this year's competition, and only 20 of them were awarded the title "Best in Their Field". It is particularly gratifying that students and graduates of Auezov University are among the winners.
The winners were:
Best Student: Saya Sikhym
Best Debater: Mehriniso Abdurashidova
Best Young Scientist: Assel Darkhan
Other high achievers were:
Best Choreographer: Aidana Kerim
Best Skilled Worker: Shyndaulet Makhanov
Best Employee: Shynar Daurenbek
Best Athlete: Sultan Zaurbek
It takes hard work, determination and strong knowledge to become the best out of nearly 400,000 young people in the megacity. On behalf of Akim, the winners were presented with special diplomas, statuettes and tablets.
This award is ample proof of the significant contribution that young people make to the country's socio-political life, and of their commitment to achieving their goals and dreams. We are very happy for all the winners!
