The total volume of the article, including tables, illustrations and references – at least 3 pages.

Use a tab step or other commands for indentation, not a space. Use a tabular function, not pivot tables. Use the formula editor or MathType for equations.

Title page

The title page should include:

UDC

Title of the article

Surname, first name, patronymic of the author(s)

Affiliation (place of work) and address (city, country) of the author(s)

Author's email address

Abstract

The abstract must contain 100–250 words and must not include undefined abbreviations or references.

Keywords: at least 7 words.

Main text

Structure of the article:

Introduction

Experimental Methods

Results and discussion

Conclusion - summing up (formulation of conclusions and recommendations, possible directions of practical application of the results of the work).

Abbreviations

Abbreviations must be defined at first mention and used consistently throughout the manuscript.

Always use footnotes instead of additional explanations.

Expression of appreciation

Expressions of appreciation to people, grant-givers, foundations, etc. should be placed in a separate section before the list of references. The names of the funding organizations must be written in full.

Citations

Sources of quotations in the text should be indicated by numbers in square brackets, for example:

Insulating gas masks consist of a front part, a breathing bag and a regenerating device [1].

References

The list of references should include only those works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication.

If the original language of the literary source is not English (Kazakh or Russian), then it is necessary to indicate the transliteration of the source name in Latin letters (italics), and then the translation of the name into English in square brackets.

References should be numbered sequentially.

Tables

Tables should be numbered using Arabic numerals and cited in the text in consecutive numerical order. Each table must have a title, and all table elements must be clearly explained.

Figures

Submit all the figures in electronic form.

Do not use weak lines and/or labels and make sure that all lines and labels inside the shapes are legible in the final size.

Scanned line figures and line figures in bit format must have a minimum resolution of 700 dpi.

If magnification is used in photos, indicate this with a scale ruler within the figures themselves.

The tones of the letters must have a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch.

Avoid effects such as shading, contoured letters, etc.

Figure numbering

All figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals and cited in the text in consecutive numerical order. Parts of figures should be identified by lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.).

If the manuscript contains an appendix with one or more figures, continue the consecutive numbering used in the main text. Do not number appendix figures as “A1”, “A2”, “A3”, etc.

Figure captions

Each drawing should have a short title describing exactly what this drawing depicts. Include signatures in the text file of the manuscript, not in the file with figures.

No punctuation should be included after the drawing, no punctuation marks should be placed at the end of the title.

Define all the elements in the figure in the figure caption.

Since the proceedings of the conference “Industrial technologies and engineering” are published in English, all accepted manuscripts will be checked by the editors of the conference proceedings for spelling and correctness of scientific English. This is especially important if English is not your native language and the written article requires translation into English. The Editorial Board has the right to reject an article from publication if its translation is incorrect, incomprehensible or made with the help of automatic translators. This mandatory requirement is based on the fact that the Proceedings of the international conference "Industrial technologies and engineering" are included in the database "Russian Science Citation Index" (RSCI).

Authors are responsible for the content and quality of the English text. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject materials that do not correspond to the conference topics or the established submission requirements.

Articles are accepted only in English!

Dear colleagues! We ask you to submit the materials in a carefully edited form in compliance with all the above requirements.
