Purpose of the EP

 

Training of masters who have the skills of research and teaching, able to solve modern scientific and practical problems in the field of processing industries specializing in the production of food products.

LО1 Analyzes the main philosophical and methodological problems of modern science, as well as facts and phenomena, based on the provisions of the philosophy of science.

LО2 Uses specialized vocabulary and a foreign language when compiling scientific texts, communicating and defending the results of scientific research in scientific discussions.

LО3 Leads the team, correctly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences.

LО4 Uses in educational activities the knowledge of the methodological foundations of pedagogy of higher education and vocational education.

LО5 Offers innovative solutions for the processing of raw materials, the development and production of functional products, as well as their packaging and storage in the context of the latest achievements in the scientific field.

LО6 Independently chooses effective ways of organizing and managing technological processes, based on knowledge of advanced technology and technology of processing industries

LО7 Organizes a comprehensive analysis and control of product safety, referring to international quality standards, risk assessment and methods of progressive analytics of food products under investigation.

LО8 Discusses the optimization of processes and technological equipment, as well as rational engineering solutions for the design of processing industries, taking in to account issues of production safety and quality of finished products.

LО9 Explains the purpose and organization of financial and economic control in the processing industries, as well as the impact of scientific achievements and marketing tools on the economic effect.

LО10 Critically evaluates the results of his research, based on modern scientific methodologies, on the creation of innovative and safe products and the rational use of raw materials.
