The department "Technology and safety of food products" conducts research in the direction of the project PCF of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2021-2023 in the amount of 41005947.00 tenge on the topic: Development of technology for processing promising varieties of fruit, berry crops and grapes of domestic selection in order to obtain biologically active substances and fruit and berry powders for use in the food industry.
