Core functions

-  coordinates the chairs work in preparation of documents and organizes the licensing procedure;

- work with university faculties and structural units to provide reports, information, information, information, and certificates to Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other official institutions;

- maintenance of dean watch records, workshops on organization and management of the training process;

- providing departments with good documentation (teacher's journal, curriculum card, teacher's individual plans, student attendance log, etc.);

- maintenance of correspondence (documents of the SMK, work plans and reports of departments, centers) of the department on academic issues;
