- Improving advanced infrared drying technology for fruits and berries to produce domestically produced, environmentally friendly dried fruits, sultanas, dried apricots, and dried apples, pears, and other fruits.
- Conducting ecological variety trials (research) of grain sorghum varieties and greenhouse vegetable crops in the conditions of southern Kazakhstan.
- Conducting ecologically adapted variety trials of new and promising varieties of grain sorghum and greenhouse vegetable crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.) in the agroclimatic conditions of southern Kazakhstan.
- Implementation and dissemination of technology for the production of new fermented milk bioproducts from camel milk: bioshubat, healing bioyogurt and immunostimulating balkaymak with healing fillers for internal diseases and dry shubat powder.
- Improvements in Infrared Fruit and Berry Drying Technology
1.1 Developed and optimized infrared drying parameters for various types of fruit (sultanas, dried apricots, apples, pears, etc.) to produce environmentally friendly products that meet national and international standards.
1.2 The effect of infrared drying on the preservation of vitamins, antioxidant activity, texture, and flavor of finished dried fruit was studied.
1.3 An assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed technology was conducted, and recommendations for its implementation in agricultural processing plants adapted to the conditions of local farms and small and medium-sized businesses were developed.
- Development of a scientific and production enterprise for establishing experimental plantings of the "Subkhana" apricot variety and the "Giant" sultana grape variety.
2.1 Agrotechnical work was carried out to preserve and further grow the planted apricot and grape seedlings to produce domestic environmentally friendly dried fruit. Agronomic measures for growing high-yielding seedlings have been developed, including planting patterns, irrigation systems, fertilizing methods, and protection against diseases and pests.
2.2 A collection and demonstration plot for educational, research, and awareness-raising purposes was established.
- Conducting environmentally adapted variety trials of new and promising varieties of grain sorghum and greenhouse vegetable crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.) in the agroclimatic conditions of southern Kazakhstan.
3.1 Databases based on the results of variety trials were created, with the potential for subsequent implementation in agricultural production through collaboration with farms and agricultural enterprises.
