«Personal Development and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan»

Main Objective:

- To develop the personality of the youth in training from the point of view of the concept of a «Complete Man», a patriot devoted to serving his Motherland;

Main tasks:

- «Development of personality and Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan»- coordinating conducts propaganda and explanation of the state policy in the sphere of interethnic harmony, political stability, interethnic tolerance, friendship and cooperation of different ethnic groups;

- Organizes scientific and methodical support of the teaching staff in the correct choice of theories and practical actions aimed at the development of students as individuals, forming in them universal humanitarian views in the choice of life position;

- Coordination, realization of goals and tasks of development of personality of students of higher education institutions is reflected in orders of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as documents of interethnic harmony, friendship and cooperation of ethnic groups;

        - The Center cooperates with organizations of republican and international level on introduction of experience of innovative methods and techniques of improvement and development of interethnic harmony in the form of (conferences, round tables, online and offline seminars on the basis of coordination with institutions within the framework of its activities;

Main Functions:

- Understanding of students of the ideology of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Making proposals on the ongoing work and activities in the ideological sphere of the university for consideration of the Vice-Rector of the Department of «Education and Youth Policy», at the dean's hour and at the Academic Council;

- Preliminary familiarization with the complex of activities in the field of ideology carried out in higher schools and faculties, control over their implementation and making a final assessment;

- Organization of research activities of the teaching staff on issues of personal development of students of academic groups;

- Coordination of research and organizational work of the teaching staff on the issues of interethnic harmony among students of academic groups;

- Scientific and pedagogical cooperation of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with ANC chairs within the framework of the republican public organization «Association of ANC Chairs», «Shanyrak» (ROO);

- Interaction with departments and bodies of internal policy and public consent of the republic and the city in the direction of personal development of students through the Shymkent city ANC and RKMB public consent.
