- Hits: 2
Artificial intelligence is a topic being widely discussed today. At Auezov University however students are turning AI into real-world projects. As part of the international AI & Digital Bridge 2026 forum the best AI projects developed by students from 20 higher education institutions across Kazakhstan were presented to the public. Among them were three projects developed by Auezov University students.
Today 106 higher education institutions across Kazakhstan participate in the AI-Sana programme. One of the programme’s key objectives is to provide students with opportunities to apply their knowledge in AI in practice and develop technological solutions to real-world challenges.Three projects were presented by Auezov University at the exhibition:
Auezov AI - an intelligent chatbot designed to provide students and the university community with quick access to the information they need.
AI Attendance - a system that automatically detects class attendance using computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies.
KazSMM - an AI project focused on content creation and analysis as well as the effective management of digital communications.
Each of these projects demonstrates the practical potential of artificial intelligence in university life. One makes working with information easier, another focuses on automating the learning process, while the third is aimed at effectively managing digital communications. Most importantly all of these ideas originated within the student community. For the university such projects are not simply technological innovations but the result of students applying their knowledge to solve real-world challenges.
Auezov University - from ideas to innovation, from innovation to real solutions!
