University student wins bronze at the world championships!

Shakhzhukhon Eshmuratov a student of Group ST-25-3K3 at the Faculty of Sport and Tourism of Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, won third place at the World Kickboxing Championship bringing pride to the country.
The World Championship was held in Lido di Jesolo, Italy. Around 1500 athletes from 79 countries took part in the competition, competing in various kickboxing disciplines.
Shakhzhukhon competed in the 71 kg weight category in the Low Kick discipline and won a bronze medal at the World Championship.
This achievement of the young athlete is not only the result of his determination and hard work but also a clear example of how students of our university are reaching new heights in sports.
