The Center for Continuing Education at our university continues to expand its professional development initiatives, with a strong focus on building global partnerships. By offering cutting-edge training programs and research fellowships, the Center provides educators with world-class academic resources.
From 18 May to 18 June 2026, our university will host a specialised research and professional development program for faculty members from Karshi State Technical University and the Tashkent branch of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. During the fellowship, participants take part in hands-on methodological and practical sessions, mastering innovative teaching techniques and modern pedagogical approaches to implement in their home classrooms.
Faculty members from the Department of Geology and Mining at Karshi State Technical University - R.U. Nomdorov, A.M. Khuzhakulov and B.A. Komilov - highlighted that these initiatives facilitate more than just international knowledge sharing. They also elevate the overall quality of higher education, foster deep research collaboration and seamlessly integrate global best practices into the curriculum. The professors emphasised that they are already working on implementing their newly acquired insights directly into their current teaching programmes.
This dynamic exchange is organized by the Center for Continuing Education alongside our specialized departments. This exchange will significantly bolster our university's long-term research potential and academic prestige.
