The international summer school on the topic: "Modern achievements and innovations in tourism and sports", organized by the Faculty of "Sports and Tourism" and held on June 10 - 21, 2024, has completed its work. 

The main goal of the summer school is to promote increasing the competence of future specialists in the field of tourism and sports, as well as teachers of the faculty on the basis of studying innovative teaching methods and tools. 

The work of the summer school was attended by the faculty of the Faculty of "Sports and Tourism", as well as students and undergraduates of the educational programs 6B11110-Tourism, 6B11111-Restaurant business and hotel business, 7M11110-Tourism, 6B01440-Physical culture and sports. 

Leading scientists from domestic and foreign universities, such as the USA, Turkey, South Korea, Uzbekistan, etc., took part in the event. The program of the summer school provided for the discussion of topical problems of training personnel for the sphere of tourism and hospitality, the development of domestic and outbound tourism, restaurant and hotel business, obtaining additional education in the areas of physical culture and sports, improving the well-being of the population, environmental protection, etc. 

The duration of the summer school is 90 academic hours; all speakers and participants who completed the full course were awarded international certificates.
