Within the framework of the implementation of the road map for the development of trilingual education for 2015-2020, from June 12 to July 23 of this year, 17 university professors in the specialty "Biology" and "Chemistry" in accordance with the 224 budget program "Advanced training and retraining of personnel of state organizations of higher and postgraduate education "MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan passed intensive language courses for advanced training at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi (Almaty).

The training was conducted in two stages, with a total of 720 academic hours with the subsequent issuance of the International Standard Certificate:

Stage 1 - 1-6 weeks - full-time education;

Stage 2 - 7-12 weeks - online training.

The form of completion of language training is the final evaluation in the form of testing on the basis of the university.

In total in 2016-17 academic year, 52 teachers of the university have improved their qualifications for this program.
