A NEW EVENT HAS COMMENCED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC COOPERATION
On September 14, 2026, an academic event with the participation of Malaysian scholars — Professor Farah Saleena Binti Taip and Professor Rosnita A. Talib — commenced at the Department of Food Technology and Safety of the Higher School of Textile and Food Engineering at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University.
The main objective of the event is to introduce students to international scientific experience in the field of food safety, discuss current research areas, and further develop academic cooperation.
As part of the event, the visiting professors are delivering lectures to master’s and doctoral students on current issues related to ensuring the safety and quality of food products. The lectures cover such important topics as the identification and assessment of potential hazards in food products, prevention of contamination, quality control, as well as modern approaches to monitoring and managing risks at different stages of the food chain.
In addition, students have the opportunity to learn from the scientific expertise of international specialists and receive answers to their questions concerning modern research methods in the field of food safety. Particular attention during the academic sessions is given to scientific discussions, exchange of opinions, and sharing of professional experience.
