The International Food Forum “Innovations. Technologies. Creativity” was organized
On November 28, 2025, the International Food Forum “Innovations. Technologies. Creativity” was organized at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, Faculty of Textile and Food Engineering, organized by the Associate Professor of the Department of “Technology and Safety of Food Products”, Candidate of Technical Sciences Kanseytova Elmira Tagayevna and Senior Lecturer Mukhtarova Gaukhar Kuttybekkyzy.
First, an exhibition was organized for doctoral students, master's students and students of the Department of “Technology and Safety of Food Products”, “Food Engineering”, and the forum was further expanded to include not only domestic scientists, but also foreign scientists, including Professor Azizov Aktam, Candidate of Technical Sciences of the Department of “Natural Sciences” of Tashkent State Agrarian University, and Ph.D. Dr. Mike Hardy from Queen's University.
