Head of English Linguistics Department Gulnara Karbozova and Associate Professor of the department Gulshat Zhumagulova participated in the international scientific forum «The third modernization of Kazakhstan: historical importance of the process of the transition of the Kazakh to the Latin alphabet  and creating methodological basis for its implementation», which took place in Astana in the National Academic Library on October 27, 2017. They presented report and took an active part in the discussion of the methodological basis preparation for the transition to the Latin. This event was broadcasted in Kazinform.
