New Opportunities for Youth: Job Fair
On September 22, 2026, a job fair for students and young professionals was held at the “Körme” Exhibition Center in Shymkent.
The event was attended by fourth-year students of TP 23-5k group from the Department of General History and Museum Studies, Faculty of History and Pedagogy, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
The main purpose of the job fair was to familiarize students with current trends and requirements of the labor market, provide information about vacancies relevant to their field of study, and promote professional orientation.
During the job fair, students met with employers and representatives of various organizations and institutions. They received information about available positions, employment requirements, opportunities for professional development and career growth. In addition, students learned about current labor market requirements and employers’ expectations of young professionals.
The students participated in the event under the guidance of lecturers from the Department of General History and Museum Lecturers — Gulzhan Otarbayeva Kobeyevna, Kaliya Mirzamseitova
Participation in the job fair enabled students to broaden their understanding of the modern labor market, identify their professional opportunities, and explore promising employment areas related to their future profession.
