M. Auezov University Master's Student Gulnar Tashanova Gave an Interview on Current Issues in Psychology on the "Tan Nury" TV Program
A second-year master's student of the 7M030130 – Psychology educational program at the Department of General Pedagogy and Psychology of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, Gulnar Tashanova, participated as a special guest in the morning television program "Tan Nury" on the Ontustik TV channel, where she gave an interview on current issues in the field of psychology.
During the interview, she discussed the importance of starting the day effectively, the culture of relationships between spouses, mutual understanding between parents and children, as well as the psychological characteristics and emotional well-being of women. In addition, the discussion covered men's responsibilities within the family, personal motivation, and ways to unlock an individual's inner potential.
Particular attention was given to the principles of the Sujok (Syutsai) approach, the importance of identifying children's natural abilities at an early age, and providing appropriate guidance based on their individual strengths. The master's student also emphasized the benefits of planning and maintaining a personal daily schedule, highlighting the positive effects of morning walks and regular walking on both physical health and psychological well-being.
