Key Achievements and Events within the VI International Forum of Innovative Educators
At M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, the VI International Forum of Innovative Educators was successfully held at a high level under the theme
“Modern Education: Challenges, Trends and Strategies.”
The forum brought together members of the academic and teaching community from Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and other countries. In addition, teachers from colleges, general education schools, lyceums, and gymnasiums of Shymkent actively participated, exchanging valuable professional experience.
The main goal of the forum was to enhance the creative potential of educators, improve the quality of education, develop human capital, and discuss key directions for modernizing pedagogical education in the context of sustainable development.
At the opening ceremony, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Affairs Gani Besbayev delivered a welcoming speech and conveyed greetings from the Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulzat Izbasarovna Kobenova.
During the forum, international scholars presented insightful reports:
- Professor Yuzhel Gelishli from Gazi University – “The Role of Innovative Methods in Education: Teacher Training”;
- Associate Professor L.Z. Sultanova from the Lomonosov Moscow State University Tashkent Branch – “Student and Artificial Intelligence: The Psychology of a New Educational Experience.”
A Double Achievement on the Path of Science and Education
Within the framework of the forum, Professor of the Department of General Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Zauret Berdikulovna Kabilbekova achieved outstanding results.
The professor was awarded in two nominations:
- ? “Best Massive Open Online Courses” — First Degree Diploma
- ? “Training Session” — Second Degree Diploma

Pitch Session: Directions for the Development of Lifelong Pedagogical Education
As part of the forum, a pitch session was organized on the topic:
“Modern Trends and Prospects for the Development of Lifelong Pedagogical Education.”
Objective:
To discuss current trends and future prospects in lifelong pedagogical education and to develop effective recommendations on relevant issues.
Moderators:
- Asma Akhmetovna Kalybekova — Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Honorary Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan;
- Akkenzhe Mukanovna Ussenova — Head of the Department of General Pedagogy and Psychology, PhD, Associate Professor.
During the session, national and international scholars discussed:
- innovations in the education system,
- the role of artificial intelligence,
- issues of pedagogical continuity.
As a result of the session:
- modern educational processes were analyzed,
- key challenges were identified,
practical recommendations were developed
