An Online Career Guidance Meeting “Talapkerge Bagdar” Was Held
On December 22, 2025, the Faculty of History and Pedagogy of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, in cooperation with the Career Guidance Center, held an online career guidance meeting titled “Talapkerge Bagdar” on the ZOOM platform.
The event was attended by graduating students from schools of the Tulkibas district of Turkestan region, as well as school applicants from the city of Shymkent.
During the meeting, the Head of the Career Guidance Center, T. T. Zaurbekov, provided comprehensive information about the new formats of the Unified National Testing (UNT) for the 2026–2027 academic year. In addition, the Dean of the Faculty of History and Pedagogy, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor K. M. Urazbayev, presented detailed information about the faculty’s educational programs and their specific features, invited school graduates to enroll at the university, and wished them success in their future academic journey.
Heads of departments — Mukhtar Abenuly Ermekbayev, Gulzhan Kobeikyzy Otarbayeva, Akkenzhe Mukankyzy Usenova — as well as Deputy Deans of the Faculty Zhanabek Tashtanov (responsible for academic programs) and Akhmetzhan Akimzhanov (responsible for students’ extracurricular activities and additional clubs), provided extensive information about the faculty’s educational programs, material and technical resources, and the educational process.
The meeting was also attended by the faculty member responsible for career guidance activities, Master’s degree lecturer of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, Nurbek Bakhtiyaruly Baymakhanov, as well as other responsible lecturers of the departments.
At the end of the event, all questions posed by school graduates were answered thoroughly and clearly, and comprehensive information about the university and the faculty was provided.
