Deputy Dean of the Agrarian Faculty took part in a seminar on work in Wikipedia

On the 8th of April, 2026, Saule Sherimova, Deputy Dean of the Agrarian Faculty for Science and Innovation, PhD, took part in the training seminar "Working in the Open Encyclopedia Wikipedia".
The event was aimed at mastering modern digital tools for popularizing science and increasing the academic openness of the university. The seminar covered key principles of working with the global encyclopedia: from the technical aspects of creating and editing articles to compliance with data verification rules and the use of authoritative sources.
The participation of a representative of the faculty leadership in such a seminar emphasizes the desire of the Agrarian Faculty to actively develop innovative communication methods. The acquired skills will make it possible to more effectively promote the scientific achievements of the faculty in the global digital space and provide access to a wide audience to relevant knowledge in the field of agriculture.
