An open educational lesson in the format of a round table on the topic "Gender Development" was held with students. The main goal of the lesson was to expand students' understanding of gender equality, mutual respect, and the role of women and men in society. During the discussion, the participants:

defined the concept of gender development,
analyzed gender stereotypes in society,
exchanged opinions and freely expressed their thoughts.

The open-format dialogue increased students' critical thinking skills and taught them to respect each other's points of view. The lesson was highly educational, informative and active. Such meetings make a great contribution to the formation of students' civic stance.
