An open educational hour on the topic "Ecology and Waste Reduction, Waste Processing" was held by the academic group of A.Z. Absamatova, teacher and a master of the department of "Higher Mathematics and Physics for TS". The purpose of the open educational hour was to form an ecological culture among students and explain modern methods of household waste management. During the open lesson, students were divided into groups and completed project tasks on the topic "Ecology and Waste Reduction, Waste Processing". Their proposals were considered through interactive discussions and debates. The open educational hour increased the environmental literacy of students and allowed them to understand the ideas of sustainable development by demonstrating the practical role of artificial intelligence in waste management. Students showed their readiness to participate in solving environmental problems in the future, increasing their personal responsibility.
