XVI Republican student Olympiad "Abay – the Herald of eternal values" (dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayuly).
On April 24–25, 2025, the XVI Republican Student Olympiad among students of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the 6B01601 – "History" educational program was held at E.A. Buketov Karaganda Research University under the theme АБАЙ – МӘҢГІЛІК ҚҰНДЫЛЫҚТАРДЫҢ ЖАРШЫСЫ ("Dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly").
The "Äuezov kyrandary" team from the Department of General History and Museum Studies, Faculty of History and Pedagogy of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University, was awarded in the "Өнерлі команда" nomination.
