Readers' Conference Held.
On April 17, 2025, a readers' conference was held at the Al-Farabi Library in Shymkent city, dedicated to the scientific work "On Civil Society, Fiqh, and Religious Knowledge" by the medieval thinker Abu Nasr Al-Farabi, who was born on the Kazakh steppe and showcased the possibilities of Turkic worldview to the world, leaving an indelible mark on global civilization.
The conference was attended by Associate Professor of the "History of Kazakhstan" Department, Candidate of Historical Sciences, historian Karibayev Sarsebay Oskanuly, who emphasized the importance of Al-Farabi’s works and provided valuable information to students, schoolchildren, and library readers.
Students and schoolchildren read excerpts from the scientific work "On Civil Society, Fiqh, and Religious Knowledge" by the great scholar, scientist, and encyclopedist Abu Nasr Al-Farabi.
