As part of the celebration of Nauryz meirams, 9 representatives of the faculty of the Agrarian Faculty took part in the solemn procession "Kimeshek Sheruі". The event, aimed at reviving national traditions, brought together hundreds of women in traditional Kazakh headgear.

Participants from our faculty marched in a festive column, demonstrating the beauty and originality of kimeshek - a symbol of wisdom and spiritual purity of a Kazakh woman. The procession was accompanied by folk songs and congratulations, creating an atmosphere of unity and continuity of generations.

"Participation in such actions is not only a tribute to our roots, but also an example for students. We show that modern science and education are inextricably linked with the national cultural code", said Seisenkul Tulemetova, a participant in the march, docent of the Department of Veterinary Medicine.

"Kimeshek Sheruі" is held in honor of the Day of National Clothing. Kimeshek is a traditional headdress of married women, covering the neck, chest and shoulders, which in the past indicated the social status and age of the owner.
