Practice and work in modern production: meeting with representatives of Astragal LLP

Good news for senior students of the Agrarian Faculty! On the 12th of March, 2026, representatives of Astragal LLP, a meat processing plant that is now actively developing in the Bozaryk industrial zone, visited our faculty.
Production Director Roman Vladimirovich Galitsky and Head of the Production and Technical Department Berik Meyrambaevich Saulebekov met with Dean Gulnara Tastanbekova to discuss how our students can get to their production.
"Cooperation with such large enterprises as Astragal LLP opens up real professional horizons for our students," said the dean of the Agrarian Faculty. "This gives us three key advantages:
1) New places for practice: Students of educational programs "Technology for the production of livestock products" will be able to undergo an internship on high-tech equipment in the industrial zone "Bozaryk".
2) Current knowledge: Direct communication with experts such as Roman Vladimirovich and Berik Meyrambaevich allows our future veterinarians and technologists to study production processes not by textbooks, but by the example of an existing meat processing plant.
3) Career start: This is the shortest route to employment. The company is interested in young personnel, and our graduates will be able to take vacant positions in production immediately after receiving a diploma".
