Dean of the faculty took part in the training course «Fire Safety and Fire Technical Minimum»

On the 19th of February, 2026 Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor G.R. Tastanbekova took part in the training course «Fire Safety and Fire Technical Minimum», organized by SKRU named after M. Auezov together with LLP «National Centre for Excellence».
The purpose of the event is to increase the level of knowledge of employees in the field of fire safety, prevent emergencies and ensure a safe environment on the territory of the educational institution.
The lecture was held in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Civil Protection» and the Fire Safety Rules approved by order of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.55 of 21.02.2022. The speaker was a specialist Nurgali Sabyrkhanuly, who spoke about:
- causes of fires in everyday life and educational institutions;
- rules for using fire extinguishers;
- evacuation algorithm in case of fire alarm actuation.
Special attention was paid to the actions of students and staff in case of smoke in the university’s academic buildings and dormitories.
