South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov held a two-day strategic session on the topic «Managed digitalization and a systematic approach to change», aimed at introducing artificial intelligence into the educational process and science.
On the first day of the session, speaker Sanzhar Aubakirov explained approaches to digitalization, automation and transformation; proposed topical issues of management decision-making and ways to solve them. On the second day, approaches to the university's role in the digital age were identified; topical issues on the basics of differentiation were discussed; criteria for development initiatives; roles and leadership experience. The session participants received a lot of information about the role of the university in the digital era through group work, open dialogue.
