The Agrarian Faculty opened the door for 476 freshmen!

On the 2nd of September, a solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of Knowledge was held at the Agrarian Faculty of the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov. The solemn event was opened by the dean of the faculty, associate professor Gulnara Rakhimberdyevna Tastanbekova. In 2025, the Agrarian Faculty opened the doors to the world of the agro-industrial complex for 476 first-year students. The festive meeting was attended by first-year students, deputy deans, heads of departments, teachers and honor guests.
After the festive meeting, the heads of departments for freshmen organized a tour of the educational and material base of the faculty, acquaintance with the curators of the training groups. The students were told about the internal regulations of the Agrarian Faculty, about the scientific research carried out at the departments within the framework of the Research Institute, about the size of academic and social scholarships. In the library of the faculty, freshmen learned about the possibilities of a unified scientific and educational environment of the university, electronic library resources.
