Teaching staff of the Agrarian Faculty carried out career guidance work

Asset Zhylkibaev, Head of the Department of «Crop Production and Animal Husbandry», Candidate of Biological Sciences and Khanibek Daurenbekov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of «Plant Growing and Animal Husbandry», Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, held a career guidance meeting with students of secondary school №70 of the city of Shymkent. The purpose of the event is to inform graduates about the possibilities of obtaining higher education, the conditions of admission and the advantages of studying at SKU named after M. Auezov.
During the meeting, they told the schoolchildren about various educational programs presented at the Agrarian Faculty, about the rules of admission, as well as the prospects for employment upon completion of training. Particular attention was paid to practice-oriented learning, academic mobility programs and student life.
The guys actively asked questions, were interested in living conditions in the hostel, opportunities for obtaining a grant and internships.
